• Transaction records such as Order Funds credits, monthly purchase tranches, invoices and support tickets.
• Technical data such as login session, device type and pages visited, as needed to run the service.

2. How we use information

Personal information is used only for legitimate business purposes, including:

• Creating and operating your client or advisor account.
• KYC verification, Order Funds, Pre-IPO orders, monthly purchase tracking, invoices and Referral Income.
• Responding to enquiries, grievances and support requests.
• Sending service messages (SMS, WhatsApp or email) such as welcome notes and SIP reminders, where enabled.
• Meeting applicable legal, tax, audit, PMLA / KYC and record-keeping requirements.

3. Sharing of information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with banks, depositories, payment providers, authorised staff, field advisors (as needed for your relationship) and professional advisers, only to deliver the service or comply with law. Information may also be processed on systems used to host this website.

4. Data protection

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal data, including access controls on staff portals and encrypted website connections (SSL). No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. You should keep your password confidential.

6. Retention

Account, KYC and transaction records are retained for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and regulatory retention requirements (including PMLA / KYC norms, which can require multi-year retention), after which they may be deleted or archived.

7. Your choices

You may request access to or correction of your profile through the portal, or by contacting us. You may also raise a grievance through Help & Support. Some information cannot be deleted while an account or transaction record must remain for legal reasons.
